Our standard shipping generally takes about 2 to 4 weeks for most countries. For expedited delivery, we offer an express shipping option that takes 7-14 days after dispatch.
How Can I Track My Order ?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped from our warehouse. We also provide updates via email about your package's transit and delivery status. You can track your order by providing your order number and email address via our website.
Shipping Costs:
For Zone 1 countries, orders over $65 qualify for free shipping. A standard shipping fee of $4.95 applies to orders under $65. The express/premium shipping fee is set at $49.95. For Zone 2 countries, all orders are subject to a $49.95 premium shipping fee.
Shipping to Over 150 Locations:
EssenMind proudly offers international shipping services. However, there are certain locations we cannot ship to. If you are located in one of these areas, we will contact you directly.
Lost/Missing Packages:
EssenMind is not liable for errors in the shipping address provided during checkout or for undelivered packages due to various reasons. Please double-check your billing and shipping addresses before finalizing your order. If an error on our part has occurred, we will take full responsibility for your original order.
Customs:
Customers are responsible for any custom fees incurred from shipped items. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
Tracking Your Parcels:

Uncollected Parcels and Incorrect Shipping Address:
Unclaimed parcels or parcels with incorrect shipping addresses provided will be destroyed. EssenMind will not be responsible or provide refunds in such cases. Ensure your order details are accurate, as incorrect information will affect your buyer protection.
Tracking Says 'No Information Available At The Moment':
It may take 3-5 business days for some shipping companies to update tracking information in their systems. If it's been over 5 business days since your order and there's still no tracking info, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
